Rigger 101

Congratulations to the newest addition to the rigging world.

These students after calculation, measuring and determining the correct way to rig a load have joined the world of qualified riggers.

On what was a very windy and cold day, they braved the weather and determined within 10-200 lbs what each load weighed and rigged the loads to be lifted by the mobile crane operator. Each group was very close the actual weight.

A dynamometer was used to reveal the actual correct weight.

Rig it right was their motto for the day.

Great job class.
