OSHA Penalties Increase for 2019

Do you know what your penalty will be when your cited by OSHA compliance officer visit to your facility?

The annual increase started by President Obama and currently continued by President Trump has increased the OSHA penalties.

Other than Serious was $12,675.00 and is now $13,260.00

Serious was $12,675.00 and is now $13,260.00

Repeat was $126,749.00 and is now $132,598.00

Willful was $126,749.00 and is now $132,598.00

Failure to Abate was $12,675.00 and is now $13,260.00

To avoid these penalties, keep your facility safe, clean, up to date and most of all safe for all employees. That is a requirement by the OSHA Act dating back to December 29, 1970 signed by President Nixon.
